Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting FaithBase. We want you to love your journal, and we stand behind the quality of our products.
Please review our return guidelines below.


7-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The journal must be unused and unwritten in

  • Must be in original condition with packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Used or written-in journals cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

For quality control and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Journals showing any signs of use

  • Digital downloads

  • Discounted or sale items (FINAL SALE)


Damaged or Defective Items

If your journal arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will replace the item at no cost to you.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process in 3–5 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
