Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, restocks, or periods of high order volume. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship your order promptly, but we do not guarantee specific processing times and are not liable for delays outside our control.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping options within the United States. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and seasonal volume but generally fall within:

Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight. All applicable fees will be displayed before finalizing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, it is out of our control. FaithBase is not liable for:

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, your mailbox, parcel lockers, or your local post office. You may also contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will review the request and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
International Shipping
At this time, FaithBase only ships within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
If a product is designated as a pre-order or backorder item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be provided on the product page. These dates are estimates and may change due to production or supply chain delays.
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.
